The Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation (CCLBC) endeavors to work with local and regional contractors and vendors whenever possible. We outsource many services/products from office equipment to demolition services. On this page, we will post any open RFPs, Quote Requests, or vendor opportunities, along with a copy of our Procurement Policy and Requirements for Vendor relationships.  

Chautauqua County Purchasing Policy

The Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation has a robust demolition program, and encourages qualified local contractors to submit their contact information for bid requests. We bid out the following demolition services:

  • Asbestos Assessment & Surveys

  • Asbestos Abatement

  • Clean Demolition

  • Demolition with Asbestos in place

  • Emergency Demolitions

Lawn Care &/or Snow Removal Bid Request

Property Clean Out Bid Request

The Chautauqua County Land Bank Corporation periodically hires contractors for its property services, including the following:

  • Construction, including electrical, plumbing, foundations, roofs, carpentry, siding & windows, plaster and painting

  • Property clean-outs & dumpster rentals

  • Landscaping, mowing and snow removal

  • Environmental assessments, including lead, asbestos, mold, petroleum

  • Environmental hazard mitigation and abatement

  • Structural assessments and construction plans

  • Architectural work

  • Project Management

 The Land Bank endeavors to work with local and regional contractors and small business owners whenever possible. Because we are classified as a Public Authority, in addition to being a Non-Profit Corporation, we are subject to the Public Authority Act, which governs much of our operating policy and procedures, including our procurement. Businesses wishing to subcontract with the organization must meet NYS contractor criteria, and supply a W9, a Certificate of Insurance with a minimum $2million General Liability and $1million for each occurrence; and Certificate of Workers Compensation insurance or waiver. 

Contractor/Sub-Contractor Requirements

Additional criteria may be required based on the type of contract, or service procured.  Please read carefully the terms and requirements of all RFPs and/or Bid documents. 

 

Contractor/Vendor Pre-Qualification

Vendors may pre-qualify with the Land Bank by submitting a current copy of these forms to the Land Bank.
